"Great AI Notetaking and Action Plans, but Call Quality Needs Improvement"

What do you like best about RingCX?

I really appreciate the AI notetaking feature, especially how it provides a summary and action plan tailored for each participant on the call. This makes follow-ups much easier and ensures everyone knows their next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
